Things Left to Do:

Design a new header. - Who was doing this? - Chad Warren

Build accounts. - Every new user should be an author, but let's make a few people admins out of the gate. Who wants that?

Recruit authors. - We can all do this. Tweet links to omgpittsburgh.com and have people register for accounts.

About Page - This would be a good place to put our mission for the site and maybe some ground rules on what kinda of content can be posted. (ie, no porn, spam, or copyrighted content)

Great Ideas:

NEIGHBORHOOD BLOGS: Pittsburgh is a city of distinct and unique neighborhoods, many of which have their own blogs. Let's include links to these blogs or even an aggregator of all the feeds.

PHOTOWALKS: Schedule or just take photowalk(s). Such events will do a great job of revealing the city

If you do a photowalk let Rust Belt Bloggers know.  On November 11th the members of their community will be posting blog posts attempting to create some synergy in the region through blogging of local neighborhoods.  Check them out rustbelt.ning.com
